In what looks like a fall out of the recent disagreements between Coach Daniel Amokachi and Chief Ifeanyi Uba who is the proprietor and president of FC Ifeanyi Uba of Nnewis club,it is obvious that coach Daniel Amokachi has decided to resign
from his appointment as the club's coach.

According to reports, Coach Daniel Amokachi had been ordered to stay away from the Nigeria Premier League side after what was described as a case of insubordination though it's still unclear what has transpired between Amokachi and the club's president.
Responding to reports of Amokachi's resignation, Chief Ifeanyi Uba audibly told news men that his coach( Amokachi) has not resigned as he is yet to sight his resignation
Further gatherings from OSHODI.TV revealed there might be a case of power tussle between the duo as according to Ifeanyi Uba “When you are working in a particular setting, you abide by the rules that guide that place. Above all, he has not met the target set for him. The target was not for the entire season but for a number of matches and he has not met it,” the club President said without explaining what the target was.
“I am not going into a press war with him. Until I see his resignation letter or meet with him one on one, I will not want to say anything more than what I have said. What I won’t tolerate, however, is if he goes about making public statements that will tarnish the image of my club.” "
Daniel Amokachi before now was a former star and player in the Nigerian Super eagles and international footballer.
