Must I go to bed with a Movie Producer to become a Nigerian Nollywood Star?

The Nigerian film industry is said to be fast decaying as investigations revealed there are series of Immoral bussiness going on behind the scene. Based on a recent release by the Dailypost online Nigeria papers, this was brought to light by one of the industries famous Actor Emeka Ike at the 2nd Edition of the City peoples political Award held recently in Lagos.

The famous Actor made open to journalist how it has become a norm that actresses would now have to sleep with some movie producers before they could be given certain roles to feature in a movie.

To these end, the ambitious famous Actor expressed dismay and regrets on the future of Nigerian Nollywood slamming its current Acting President, Ibinabo Fibresima as not performing. He went on to express how new intakes into the movie industry are being offered options of either gracing the beds of some named producers or perharps having to join either a gay group or a lesbian group.

According to Actor Emeka Ike, " Five people have taken the laws of Nollywood into their hands namely Okey Bakassi,.Murphy Stephen, Dikeh Ifeanyi, Mcdon Sunny and Emma Ogugua and at such promoting immorality in the film industry in Nigeria. he further said " Every Nigerian youth want to Act movies now, what future are we leaving for them? the two bedroom in Surulere where they would ask you to come and grace their beds before they give you roles" ?

Nonetheless, Actor Emeka Ike is currently showing interest on being the president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria ( AGN )
