A mentally insane man has allegedly converted a government owned bus stop facility to his private abode Just at the popular First Bank junction between Rumuomasi and Airforce bus stop.
Reports has it that the lunatic has taken months to stock the Public facility with lots of debris and at the same time harasses individuals who work pass the area.
An eye witness testifying to the length of stay of the lunatic said " This same lunatic sets fires under the Air Force – Stadium Road flyover which is a hazard as firecould weaken concrete and cause it to fault and crack under its own weight. I wish the RiversState government does something about it – and fast too."
