As at 1 am ( Nigerian time ) today 24 Oct. 2014, the Sudaneese Ambassador to Nigeria, Dr. Ali was confirmed dead while under going malaria treatment. His death being announced by Mr. Abdulraham Mohammed, the Nigerian Sudaneese media advisor. The great loss occured at the Nigerian National hospital in Abuja. Dr. Ali was 66 years old and have for long contributed to the bilateral relationship between Nigeria and Sudan. In a statement by the media advisor " he had malaria. There were complications and he passed away......." May his soul rest in Peace |
